Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.positiveenergybox.com. Positive Energy Box ships all of our orders via Australia Post or Sendle. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2 Business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-6 business days, for destinations within Australia. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via Australia Post/ Sendle. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Positive Energy Box is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Positive Energy Box is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@positiveenergybox.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at positiveenergybox.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
